Nicholas Ogaye is a seasoned technologist and accomplished software engineer with a proven track record across global financial and technology sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Cybersecurity from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Moi University.

Nicholas has held senior technical roles on Wall Street and in New York, including Vice President (Global Banking Technology) at Morgan Stanley and Solutions Architect at American Express. His experience also includes software engineering at JPMorgan Chase, software development at Alcatel-Lucent in the United Kingdom, and data quality engineering at Safaricom PLC in Kenya.

He is recognized for his deep technical insight and leadership in building complex, scalable enterprise systems. Nicholas is also a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), with strong expertise in cybersecurity, financial systems, and digital innovation.

Sheila Ogaye

Sheila Ogaye is a proficient auditor and financial professional currently working as a Senior Auditor in Assurance at EY in the New York City. Her expertise includes accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and delivering operational and financial audits to leading U.S.-based Fortune 500 companies.

Sheila has a strong background in program management, private equity, asset management, and fund accounting. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting (Enterprise Risk Management) from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Augustine’s University, where she graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0.

She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by Google and has completed a course on Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from Harvard University. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Deloitte and Cytonn Investments, along with active involvement in various projects and volunteer initiatives focused on sustainable development and economic empowerment.

Her career also includes roles in psychological counseling and mental health advocacy, reflecting her deep commitment to integrating psychological well-being with business innovation.

Njuki Kihori

Njuki Kihori is an accomplished Business Development Manager, with a career spanning over a decade in business development, event management, and real estate.
