How It Works

Amortisation schedules are generated from the contract terms with a preview before anything is written, and every generation run — previewed or executed — is logged with its full result, so you can see exactly what was produced and when. Principal-and-interest invoices are raised from the schedule, at-risk contracts are surfaced for follow-up, and default notices, contract default states and ownership certificates are tracked through to transfer. The system tracks each payment, calculates the tenant's ownership percentage, and manages the transfer process when the final payment is made. All transactions are recorded in the accounting system, and tenants can view their progress through the tenant portal. Integration with Boma Yangu enables seamless management of affordable housing projects, while collaboration with HFCB provides integrated property finance and management solutions.
