What’s included in the Free tier?
The Free (Landlord Starter) plan lets you manage up to 3 units with basic tenant management, rent tracking, payment recording, tenant statements, basic reports, and email notifications. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime for advanced accounting, automation, integrations, and full support.
How does per-unit pricing work?
Standard is KES 100 per unit per month, Premier is KES 150 per unit, and Enterprise is KES 250 per unit. You're billed only for the number of units you manage. For example, 20 units on Premier = KES 3,000/month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start free and upgrade when you need more units or features. You can also downgrade a paid plan. When you add or remove units, your bill updates accordingly. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees for the Free tier, Standard, or Premier. Enterprise may include implementation or training services depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
