How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay per active unit you manage, and the rate steps down as your portfolio grows — later units cost less than your first ones. Standard — Units 1–100 at KES 144, Units 101–500 at KES 88, 501+ units at KES 48, minimum KES 2,800 per month. Premier — Units 1–100 at KES 200, Units 101–500 at KES 120, 501+ units at KES 64, minimum KES 6,000 per month. Enterprise — Units 1–100 at KES 280, Units 101–500 at KES 168, 501+ units at KES 88, minimum KES 16,000 per month. Annual billing takes 20% off both the per-unit rates and the minimum.
Why is there a monthly minimum?
Every account gets the same onboarding, payment integrations and support regardless of size, so each plan carries a monthly minimum. Standard is KES 2,800 per month, which your unit count covers from about 20 units; Premier is KES 6,000 per month, which your unit count covers from about 30 units; Enterprise is KES 16,000 per month, which your unit count covers from about 58 units. Below that, the minimum applies.
What does billed annually mean?
With annual billing, you commit for 12 months and pay upfront at the discounted annual rate. For example, Premier's first 100 units are billed at KES 2,400 per unit/year (equivalent to KES 200 per unit/month).
What happens if my unit count changes during my subscription?
Your bill tracks the units you actively manage. Units added mid-term are prorated for the rest of the current billing period and appear on your next invoice. Units removed are credited against future invoices rather than refunded in cash. On annual plans these adjustments are applied inside your committed 12-month term.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade when you need more units or features, and you can downgrade a paid plan. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
